To setup a Dialup account with Windows XP.  It is easiest to use the New Connection Wizard.  This can be found by Clicking Start | Programs | Accessories |  Communications | New Connection wizard.  Then select the settings that are given below and click on next to get to the next step.  Remember that your Dialup Username requires the @velotel.com after it and both the username and password are case sensitive.

Once all steps are completed you will have a Icon on your desktop that says velotel.com.  By double clicking this Icon the connection process will be initiated.
