Step 1

Double click the
My Computer icon
located on your
Main Desktop

Step 2

Double click on the
Dial-Up Networking
icon

Step 3

Click on New to 
add a new
phonebook entry

Step 4

Type velotel.com in the new
phonebook entry field and
then click on next

Step 5

Click the I am calling the Internet checkbox
then click Next

Step 6

Type the Area code and Telephone number that was supplied by velotel.com and
then click on Next 

Step 7

 
Click Finish to save the
New Phonebook Entry

Step 8

Follow Steps 1 and 2 to open up Dial-Up Networking then click More and Edit entry and modem properties from the drop down menu

Click the Security tab to change the Authentication and encryption policy to Accept any authentication including clear text then click OK

Step 10

To begin your new
velotel.com
internet access 
click Dial

Your final step will be to enter your User Name and Password that were supplied by velotel.com. 
 After you type your username be sure to include @velotel.com.

Note both username and password are
case sensitive
