Step 1

  When running Outlook Express for the first time the Connection Wizard will start automatically.
Enter your name in the empty field then click Next

Step 2
Select I already have an e-mail account that I would like to use.  Then enter your User Name (Supplied by Velotel.com) followed by @velotel.com in the e-mail address field.
Then click Next

Step 3

Choose POP3 for your incoming mail server.
Type mail.velotel.com for both your Incoming and Outgoing mail servers

Step 4


Enter your Account name and Password that were supplied by Velotel.com in their corresponding  fields

Step 5

Congratulations!
Click on Finish and you will have completed your Velotel.com e-mail setup using Outlook Express
